Enlightenment Of Yan'an Rectification Movement On Party Construction In The New Era

In the 1930 s and 1940 s,the Communist Party of China was confronted with the infringement of wrong ideas.The inconsistency of inner-party ideas made the Chinese revolution suffer setbacks.The Communist Party of China launched the Yan'an Rectification Movement in order to unify inner-party ideas and form a good Party style.It cleared away the root of "Left" dogmatism,improved the Party's ideology,style and organizational construction level,left successful experience and provided a basic guarantee for Party building.It is of theoretical and practical significance to inspire the Party's construction.It can not only make our Party better adapt to the changes of the times,but also improve its ruling ability and construction level.Based on the history and experience of Yan'an Rectification Movement,this paper uses the method of literature research and comprehensive analysis to analyze the characteristics,problems and tasks in the new era,and to provide new ideas for it.The discussion is divided into three parts.First,starting with the background and main contents of the Yan'an Rectification Movement,this paper studies its causes,conditions and significance,and discusses its history;secondly,it explores the experience gained in the Yan'an Rectification Movement from three aspects: ideology,style of work and organizational construction;thirdly,Form the new era,to summarize the trait of the new era and main problems of the Party's construction,according the new requirement,to combine the successful experience,it can provide new ideas for the Party's ideology,style and organizational construction.It also can provide new methods for strengthening beliefs,carrying forward the styles and improving the level of organizational construction.Party building can't be separated from historical experience.The successful experience of Yan'an Rectification Movement is a precious treasure.It is worth studying and summarizing to promote the theoretical development of Party building and the improvement of the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China.
