Research On The Construction Of Grass-roots Party Organizations In Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that as socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction in Chinese society has evolved into one between the People's ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.In the party,government,military and civilian studies,in the East,west,south and north,the party is the leader of all,and the grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas are the basis of all the party's work and combat effectiveness in rural areas.With the development of the Socialist market economy,the acceleration of the process of deepening reform across the board in China,and the deepening of economic globalization in the international environment,the situation faced by grass roots Party organizations has become more complicated.With the challenge of knowledge economy,there are some problems in the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party first proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and further emphasized the importance of doing a good job in agriculture and rural areas.The lack of Party building at the grassroots level will not only affect the development of the cause of the grassroots party,but also hinder the implementation of the line,principles and policies of the grassroots party,and even affect the process of building the Xiaokang and the development of the cause of socialism in an all-round way.It can be seen that the study of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas has an important position and far-reaching practical significance.The research process of this paper insists on the Marxist Party building thought as the basic follow and the CPC Party building thought as the basic guide.In the course of the study,under the guidance of the Marxist theory of Political Parties and the theory of Party building of the Communist Party of China,through the use of literature analysis,the combination of theory and practice,questionnaire survey,etc.Taking the situation of Zhijiang Party building leading rural revitalization as the research blueprint,this paper makes an empirical study on the problems existing in the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas and draws a conclusion.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,it can be seen that in recent years,the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas of China has made significant progress,and the cohesion and fighting capacity of the party in grass-roots areas have been constantly strengthened However,in rural areas,some grass-roots Party organizations still have a lot of problems in the internal development motivation,organizational quality of life,party members and Cadres Team Building and Party organization building mechanism.On the analysis of the causes leading to these problems,the study found that the changes in the external environment,especially the impact of social transformation,have caused great changes in the economic and social environment of Rural Areas It puts forward new requirements for the management of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas,which is the external cause of the problems faced by the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas.From the internal cause,the Party members and cadres in rural areas are not emancipated enough,do not keep pace with the times to the grass-roots Party building work in rural areas has also brought resistance.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,we should give full play to the role of the grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas,strengthen and improve the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas.In following the principle,we should adhere to the principles of political guidance,close contact with the masses,reform and innovation,and keeping pace with the times.In order to optimize the path of the construction of grass-roots Party organizations,we should strengthen the team construction,improve the fighting capacity of grass-roots Party organizations,strengthen the team construction,tamp the talent foundation of grass-roots Party organization construction,strengthen the organization life,and standardize the implementation of the party system;We should strengthen the necessary guarantee,perfect the conditions for the construction of the basic-level Party organization,perfect the system mechanism,and provide the system guarantee for the construction of the basic-level Party organization.Rural revitalization is a long-term strategy,and the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas is a long-term and arduous task.This paper is only a preliminary exploration combined with the selected research objects,try to explore more new ways of Party building in practice for the rural areas at the grass-roots Party organization building work smoothly to make due contributions.
