Research On Deglobalization And China's Response

The Economic Globalization verifies the basic path and trend of the development of world history expounded by Marxist Theory Of World History,and makes the whole world into a “global village”.But Economic Globalization is also a "double-edged sword",which promotes the development of productive forces,at the same time,it also bring some negative effects,especially since the financial crisis in the 2008,the strength of the global economic resilience was weak.The capitalist countries uncertainty in economic,political,military and other aspects has increased and accelerating development disparities between countries,capital flight within countries,social problems caused by migration and so on.In order to overcome this negative effect,a series of “deglobalization” policies have been adopted by capitalist countries that perform in the role of promote the development of Globalization.Which brings serious obstacles to the smooth development of the Economic Globalization.“Deglobalization” is the superposition of economic,social and political issues,and the core of which is the imbalance of development between and within countries,and it's essentially is the thoughts and behaviors adopted by the capitalist countries in the balance of globalization interests to resist the trend of globalization for their own benefits.It reflects the values of capitalist countries exclusively enjoying benefits.It reveals the dissatisfaction of the countries that originally dominated globalization believing that their interests are damaged and other developing countries are benefited in the sustainable development of globalization,and the desire and demand of them to try to withdraw from globalization and defend their own interests.We can be seen that today's "deglobalization" has gradually become a political force from economic and trade competition and put into policy or action.This paper starts from the connotation and evolution of "deglobalization",and an in-depth analysis of the“deglobalization” phenomenon from the perspective of Marxist Theory Of World History,It is concluded that the essence of the "deglobalization" policy adopted by the Trump Administration is not the real opposition to globalization,but a strategy to restore and maintain the dominant position in economic globalization.And from the perspective of Marxist Theory Of World History we can known that “deglobalization” is only a stagephenomenon in the process of globalization,it is unsustainable,contrary to that the universal development of productivity and its related worldwide communication leads the history various nations to the direction of world history.This suggest that China needs to make new designs to further expand the overall plan for opening up strengthen regional cooperation,deepen supply—side structural reform and improve the economic system.
