Research On Talent Training Project Of Public Welfare Foundation

In recent years,with the steady development of China's social economy and other aspects,the public welfare industry as a whole has entered a period of sound and rapid development,in which the foundation has become an important resource and support subject.In particular,in the face of the shortage of talents in the development of the public welfare sector,the foundation has carried out diversified and beneficial explorations in cooperation with other parties.Generally speaking,the cultivation mode of public welfare talents includes academic education and on-the-job short-term training,etc.In recent years,the foundation has made great efforts to explore the talent project mode of training specialized talents urgently needed by the industry in practice and achieved certain results.Based on the practice of X foundation funding public personnel training "YC" project as an example,through the process and the public personnel training program of carding and analysis,trying to appear in the practice of post training accord with the practice of public industry development trend of related experience and strategy of talents,and summarizes the practice class of public personnel training mode,in order to be helpful for the adjustment of public welfare follow-up training and improvement,promote the sustainable development of the public sector.Through literature review,participatory observation,semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey,it is found that the implementation of "YC" talent cultivation program has a positive impact on the development of talent individuals,recipient organizations and public welfare industry.Talents' personal business skills have been improved and their career growth has been obvious.The project communication volume and funding amount of the recipient organizations have increased significantly,which has raised the awareness of training and attaching importance to professional talents in the public welfare industry.On "YC" project,on the basis of the evaluation,this paper tries to summarize out in talent selection and cultivation of support to form a community network public welfare industry talents training mode of general,including talent selection factors,institutional support dimension and project support from several aspects,such as for subsequent public talent project to expand and improve provide certain basis.At the same time,in view of the community the important function of cultivation in these projects,and combining with the professional knowledge and working skill of social work,community cultivation practice and team work of the project,this paper compares and analyzes community fostering subsequent perfect corresponding Suggestions were put forward,to facilitate the follow-up projectsmooth implementation and project affect the sustainable development and talents.Finally,based on the comprehensive analysis of "YC",this paper proposes the overall suggestions of promoting the talent cultivation mode of "YC" project in the industry,optimizing the support of various resources and semi-structured community cultivation,so as to facilitate the iterative updating of the practical public welfare talent cultivation mode in the public welfare industry.
