The Research On The Educational Role Of Chinese Communist Party Rituals

Since its establishment,the communist party of China has attached great importance to the educational role of ritual and accumulated abundant inner-party ritual resources.The inner-party ceremony not only has the universal characteristics of the ceremony,but also has the distinct nature of the party and serves the party.Through the ritual exercise,the whole party member group is affected and educated,which not only regenerates the "meaning" of the party organization itself,but also enables the organization to maintain cohesion and harmonious and orderly operation.For a long time,the inner-party ceremony has influenced generation after generation of communist party members,and it is an important way and fine tradition for our party to organize,spread and educate party members.Therefore,as a special form of party building activities,ritual activities should not be ignored or ignored.However,at present,there are few researches on the party's ritual activities at home and abroad,most of which are papers rather than works.Most of them focus on the research on the functions of certain types of inner-party rituals and explore the sources and functions of certain inner-party rituals.The ritual education in the inner-Party education perspective refers to the communication form in the process of ideological and political education for party members,which is sponsored by organizations at all levels of the Communist Party of China and contains a large number of symbolic and situational elements.The ritual content is consistent with the inner-party education content,and influences the ideological cognition and emotional attitude of the participants of the ceremony.As a carrier of education,ritual education has been paid more and more attention in the process of innovation of inner-party education carrier.Ritual education not only has the nature of education,but also inherits the symbolic,design,infectious and other characteristics of ritual,which makes ritual education deeply integrate with ideological and political education and innovate educational forms so as to better serve the party building,becoming a new breakthrough point to improve the effectiveness ofideological and political education for Party members.This paper mainly combines the political ceremony of the Communist Party of China with the educational activities of the Party members,analyzes the examples and conducts a comprehensive study and investigation on the function of the inner-Party ceremony.The aim is to explore and construct a theoretical model of ritual activity-Party member education and Party member behavior,so as to provide useful inspiration for giving full play to the important role of ritual and enhancing the ideological and political education effect of Party members.
