Study On The Introduction Of High-level Talents Into Yancheng Municipal Government

As the most important resource in the world,talents have been paid attention to by many countries and regions.The development of any region and industry can not be separated from the support of talents.With talents,we have the leading position.Since the reform and opening up more than 40 years ago,China's work has been developing steadily and in depth.The extensive economy has also been transformed into an intensive economy.All regions are seeking to speed up industrial transformation and upgrading.The demand for talents,especially high-level talents,is also growing.Therefore,there is a war of talent grabbing all over the country and even the world,especially for high-level talents.How to efficiently attract high-level talents,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and enhance comprehensive competitiveness is an urgent task for governments everywhere.In recent years,Yancheng has thoroughly implemented the deployment requirements of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee,seized a series of talent policies such as the "26 New Talents Policy" of the Provincial Party Committee,and specifically formulated and issued a three-year action plan for "515 talent introduction" in accordance with the city's conditions.Attracting various high-level talents.Although the Yancheng municipal government has achieved good results in the introduction of high-level talents,the problems still cannot be underestimated and should be taken seriously.Therefore,it is necessary to learn advanced methods and methods from typical regions at home and abroad to further improve the level of high-level talent introduction in Yancheng.Based on Yancheng,this paper investigates the current situation and demand of Yancheng government's high-level talent introduction through theoretical analysis and on-the-spot visit,analyzes the problems and causes in Yancheng's high-level talent introduction,and analyzes the typical practices of advanced regions at home and abroad,so as to introduce high-level talents for Yancheng City.This paper puts forward some optimization suggestions for Yancheng municipal government to strengthen the introduction of high-level talents and promote the development of local economy,society and culture.
