Research On The Path Of Public Participation In Social Governance In Shandan County

Strengthening and innovating social governance is not only an important task to promote social construction,but also an internal requirement to enhance people's sense of gain,happiness and security.Social governance should focus on the grass-roots level and rely on the masses.Increasing public participation is an important foundation for strengthening and innovating social governance.Enhancing the ability of the public to participate in social governance will enhance the confidence and courage of the public to participate in social governance,which will play a role in promoting the public responsibility awareness.As an underdeveloped area in the west,it is of great significance to explore a social governance model that is suitable for the local economic and social development and widely participated by the public,so as to provide more local practical experience for the social governance model with Chinese characteristics.Based on the practical work,this paper discusses the public participation in social governance in Shandan County,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of public participation,puts forward the path of public participation in social governance in Shandan County,provides necessary theoretical support for the party and government departments at the county level to play their functions and improve the way of public participation,and promotes the public participation in social governance and local social governance in Shandan County.It has important reference significance to improve the strength.First of all,this paper expounds the current situation of social governance at the grass-roots level in Shandan County.Starting from the theory of social governance,this paper discusses the concept and theoretical basis of public participation in social governance.Taking Shandan County's party and government organs,institutions,non-public enterprises and social organizations,administrative villages(communities)residents as the research carrier,through targeted questionnaire survey and random questionnaire survey,using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and other research methods,this paper systematically analyzes the understanding degree of government staff,social organizations,residentson social governance,willingness to participate in social governance,and their willingness to participate in social governance.In social governance,the degree of participation in social governance,and the reasons that restrict participation in social governance are five dimensions of perception.By using the software of questionnaire magnitude statistics,we get the structural model of public participation in social governance,further explain the perception differences of different social roles in social governance,and then summarize the influencing factors of public participation in social governance.Finally,based on the policy influencing factors,social influencing factors and individual influencing factors,this study gives different countermeasures and suggestions,which provide valuable reference for enhancing the ability of the public to participate in social governance,as well as for the government departments to formulate relevant public participation in social governance policies.
