Research On The Predicament And Countermeasures Of Grass Roots Organs' Socialization Of Logistics Reform

The logistics work of the organs is the basis for the normal operation of the administrative work of the organs,and it is an indispensable guarantee force.The socialization reform of the logistics of the organs is the direction of the logistics development of the organs.In recent years,the introductio n of eight central regulations,disciplines and other policies,the influence of network popularization and information disclosure,the people's attention to the internal operation of the organs has gradually increased,and the enthusiasm for participating in the logistics work of the organs is getting higher and higher.With the concept of the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District,the outside world will pay more attention to the operation of the organization.The smooth reform of the logistics socialization of grassroots organs is a bridge to promote good cooperation between local governments and enterprises.Zhaoqing belongs to one of the world-class urban agglomerations in Dawan District of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.District D is the centra l county area of the city.It has been working hard to promote the socialization reform of the logistic services of the organs.Its socialization reform has attracted the keen attention of cadres,staff and the masses.O n the basis of comprehensive analysis of the relevant research at home and abroad,based on the new public management theory and public governance theory,this paper uses case analysis and investigation method to analyze the current situation of the socialization reform of the logistics of d istrict D,and points out many difficulties that restrict the further development of its socialization,such as lack of top-level guidance,low service quality,slow pace of reform,and inadaptability of the logistics team.The development requirements and other issues are discussed,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed and the corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward: straightening out the logistic management functions,strengthening supervision,cultivating the logistic service market,cultivating excellent logistic personnel and so on.Through this study,the aim is to provide decision-making reference for the logistics socialization reform of local grass-roots organs in the new era and new situation,especially in the environment of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District.The main content of this paper has five parts: The first part mainly includes the background of the research of the thesis,the domestic and international research on the logistics socialization of the organization,the theoretical basis and research methods of this paper.The second part mainly introduces the history and current situation of the logistics socialization reform of our institutions.The third part mainly introduces the status quo of logistics socialization in the D district of Zhaoqing C ity.The fourth part elaborates the dilemma and its causes in the process of logistics socialization in the D district.The fifth part proposes improvement measures for the problem.
