At present,the village cadres work faces enormous pressure,and low basic salary,performance appraisal is not scientific,and social security has such problems as lack of salary incentive mechanism is not sound,such as the existence of village cadres' overall work enthusiasm is not high,the team important reasons of unstable,within the scope of the society has caused the dissatisfaction of the masses,and thus affect the normal running of the village related affairs and rural revitalization of the full implementation of the strategy.In order to effectively improve the work enthusiasm of village cadres,achieve the ideal effect of village cadre management,improve the service level and work efficiency of village cadres,and let the masses have a higher sense of gain and satisfaction,it is necessary to build a reasonable and effective salary incentive mechanism.This paper takes Ningxiang city of Hunan province as the research entity to understand and analyze the salary incentive mechanism of village cadres in this city from the height of the central rural revitalization strategy deployment.According to the actual incentive theory and my post,combining theory with practice,through to the field to carry out the investigation and study,contrast village cadres role play to the new requirements of new times,trying to explore new measures to improve the village cadres' remuneration incentive mechanism,to improve and perfect the area and other similar Ningxiang city village cadres' remuneration incentive mechanism countermeasures and Suggestions to provide the reference.Firstly,by referring to a large number of relevant literature and works,the author summarized the research status at home and abroad,defined the concepts of village cadres,salary and salary incentive mechanism,and elaborated relevant incentive theories.Secondly,combining with the basic situation of village cadres in Ningxiang city,this paper analyzes the current situation,historical changes and effects of the salary incentive mechanism for village cadres in Ningxiang city by using the methods of consulting historical archives,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.Thirdly,it analyzes the outstanding problems and causes of the current compensation incentive mechanism for village cadres in Ningxiang city.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward to solve the problems: establishing a long-term mechanism for the salary growth of village cadres,improving the socialsecurity mechanism for village cadres and the performance appraisal mechanism for village cadres,and attaching importance to the auxiliary role of mobilizing non-salary factors.
