Research On The Multi-function Integrated Service Station Based On The Community Medical Service

According to the data in China Statistical Yearbook in 2014, the elderly over 65 years old in China station has been 10.1% of the total population of the country and according to the authoritative forecast future data will continue to rise, which has become a social problem how to treat the elderly. Proper handling of life of older persons problem to ensure the old age can enjoy pension, medical and psychological comfort and service. In this paper proposed construction of community medical based multifunctional integrated elderly service station this idea.In the first chapter, the related concepts are defined, and the related basic theories are introduced. This chapter for "community medical service for the elderly", "urban community endowment service" "community elderly social work and other important concepts were defined, and the survival of equity theory, new public service theory, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory related to the basic theory are described, laid the theoretical study of multifunctional integrated old-age service system based.In the second chapter, according to the old people in the community medical treatment station and the elderly care needs questionnaire survey, and according to the questionnaire survey results of correlation analysisThe third chapter, for Shenyang yulong community community health service station through field investigation, introduces the Yulong community health station status, explores the existing problems, mutual visits are obstacles, really attractive enough, lack of human resources and drug supply shortage, and analyzed the reason for the problem.In the fourth chapter, through the questionnaire survey in five districts of Shenyang City, the detailed understanding and the needs of the elderly people’s life, to provide the direction for the construction of integrated pension service system.The fifth chapter is about the design of the multi function and multi function service station, which is based on the service mode, the support force, the source of funds and the technical support. And from the demand and supply of two party to build an elderly service station of the feasibility analysis.The sixth chapter, station to provide relevant concrete countermeasures for constructing multifunctional integrated community service for the aged, namely, to strengthen professional community facilities construction, actively introduce social power, strengthen service team building, to establish a perfect community care system and establishment of community living assistance platform.
