Research On The Countermeasures To Promote Social Governance In Wuhai Public Security Organs

Enhancing and promoting social governance in an all-round way is of great significance to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,the deepening of reform in an all-round way and the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.As the "knife handle" in the hands of the party and the people,the public security organs undertake many duties such as "fighting and controlling control".Raising the level of public security organs 'ability to promote social governance is related to the long-term security and stability of the country,social harmony and order,and the well-being of the people.At present,the state's social security situation is still very complex,and the task of social governance is becoming more and more onerous.Public security organs have exposed many problems in advancing social governance.From a deep analysis,public security organs should base themselves on the overall situation and focus on all points of social governance.Upholding the fundamental principle of "theory combined with practice",we will continue to strengthen the foundation of theory,enrich methods and means,and constantly explore ways and means to further promote social governance.Based on the methods of literature review,research and statistical analysis,the author summarizes the achievements of domestic and international research on social governance and the promotion of social governance by public security organs.This paper expounds the meaning of public security organs and social governance and the status quo of Wuhai public security organs,and analyzes and puts forward the role participation and main content of public security organs in promoting social governance.Taking the Wuhai public security organ as an example,this paper summarizes the exploration and practice of advancing social governance by the current public security organ.The existing public security police's social governance concept needs to be improved,the level of preventing and resolving contradictions and disputes and risks challenges is low,the capacity of public security prevention and control system is insufficient,the service economy and social development and the protection of people's livelihood are low,and the public security police's experience in dealing with public relations is low.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems,including the traditional thinking concept is still more solidified,the international and domestic environmental challenges are very severe,the risks under the new normal are intertwined and overlapping,the social contradictions are relatively low,and the degree of social governance is law-based needs to be raised.;Finally,stick to the problem orientation,from the perspective of social governance,put forward their own countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide inspiration for the public security organs at the same level to promote social governance.Based on the deep exploration and experience of Wuhai public security organs,this paper holds that the public security organs should promote social governance.First,we should strengthen the capacity-building of the main body of governance;second,we should safeguard the bottom line of national security and stability;third,we should strike hard at crimes and prevent and Control Risks;fourth,we should improve our ability to serve the people's livelihood;fifth,we should strengthen the public security prevention system;Sixth,we should push forward the construction of law enforcement standardization;seventh,we should build good public relations of police.We will take steps to ensure that the country's governance system and capacity for governance are modernized by providing a "public security plan".
