With the society's increasingly high requirements on people's knowledge and cultural level,parents of primary and middle school students attach more and more importance to their children's academic performance.Sometimes,in-school teaching cannot meet the needs of parents,thus the role of extracurricular training becomes increasingly prominent.Extracurricular training for primary and middle school students can not only consolidate what they have learned in class,but also cultivate their own interests and hobbies,and improve their comprehensive quality.Due to the interests,the number of various training institutions in the market keeps increasing,which makes it difficult for parents to make a choice.If the choice is not appropriate,it is likely to waste parents' energy and time,and fail to achieve the expected results of students.Due to the lack of relevant rules and regulations,the lack of social control,and the lack of standards to measure the quality of training,the development of training institutions is often not standardized and difficult to supervise.This will not only harm the interests of students and parents,but also affect or even hinder the healthy development of the education and training industry.The existence of such training institutionsis bound to cause adverse consequences,and over time,the credibility of the government will be affected.Taking Hohhot private middle and primary school education institutions as the research object,combined with 200 related training institutions,through a large amount of data,and the investigation of the operation situation of various training institutions,this paper studies the government's regulatory status,its regulatory problems,and how to make a suitable solution that solves this case in order to promote health booming private primary and secondary school education career.The paper mainly consists of the following parts:The first part is the introduction,which introduce the research background and significance of this article,the current research status at home and abroad,the research goals,research content,research methods and research ideas of the thesis,and finally points out the innovation points and deficiencies of the article.The second part mainly defines the relevant core concepts and the basis of related theories used in the article,and lays the foundation for the following discussion of the current situation and supervision of private primary and secondary education and training institutions.The third part mainly discusses the current situation of Hohhot government supervision.The fourth part discusses the problems existing in the process of implementing supervision and the analysis of the reasons for the problems.The fifth part mainly presentsthe policies and measures in this area based on the problems in the previous link,including the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,the strengthening of teaching supervision,the regulation of the market,and the construction of information disclosure platforms.This paper focuses on the government's supervision of Hohhot private primary and secondary schools as the main research direction,and with the help of a large number of literature materials to enrich the research content conducts an in-depth study on the standardization of the establishment of private primary and secondary schools education and training,an investigation and analysis of the government's supervision of Hohhot private primary and secondary schools in order to obtain a more accurate grasp of the relevant standards.Through the improvement of relevant laws and regulations,as well as appropriate supervision and other aspects of the study,we can put forward the relevant countermeasures,explore its important significance to the development of education,and promote the development of education.
