Research On Public Service Capability Of Social Insurance In Inner Mongolia

Since the founding of New China 70 years ago,we have made great progress.However,in the current stage of reform,the Chinese government is facing more and more difficulties in the field of social governance,especially in the field of public services.With the continuous promotion of the national insurance plan has made the era of universal participation more and more close in the insurance industry,the traditional social security public service has obviously failed to meet the service needs of the people,so the improvement of the social insurance public service capacity that let the country's policy of benefiting the people to the general premise of everyone is the promotion of business operations.The level of social insurance public service is very important for the operation of social security system.However,from the current situation,it is difficult to achieve the desired results in most areas of China.It could be found that the service function of the social security agency will directly determine whether the social security system is perfect.However,at present,the level of public service of domestic social security agencies is still difficult to achieve the desired results.The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,located in the northern part of the motherland,is a large number of agricultural and pastoral areas,ethnic minorities are concentrated,and public service issues are complex and diverse.The economic development is relatively lagging behind.Therefore,it is essential to improve the social insurance public service capacity.According to the data of the "Statistical Report on the Development of China's Internet Network" in 2019,the number of Internet users in China is 829 million.Such a large network of Internet users and the development of such rapid network technology provide us with unlimited possibilities for improving the public service capacity of social insurance.The discussion of this paper is mainly composed of six parts.Thefirst part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and inquiry significance of this topic and the current research situation around the world;the second part is the definition of relevant concepts and the theoretical basis used;The third part is the status quo of the social insurance public service in Inner Mongolia and the results achieved;the fourth part is the problem of the social insurance public service in Inner Mongolia,and based on the factors generated by the problem,summarizing the related problems and the mechanism behind it;the fifth part is the advanced construction experience of social insurance public service at home and abroad,and the enlightenment from advanced experience;the sixth part is based on the background of "Internet +government affairs",taking the experience of advanced regions at home and abroad as a reference,and puts forward the countermeasures for improving the public service capacity of Inner Mongolia social insurance.It is concluded that in order to improve the public service capacity of social insurance in Inner Mongolia,it is necessary to improve the service awareness and level of employees,establish an inter-departmental business coordination mechanism,and use information technology to strengthen financial security and talent team building.
