Research On Human Resources And Social Security Systems’ Infor Matization Of Jingmen In The Background Of "Internet+"

"Internet +" plan is the further sublimation and development for Internet to improve the traditional industry, is the product of adapting to big data and cloud computing for the service-oriented government’s construction, Internet + government will overthrow our traditional government service, puts forward the new service based on the development of the information era. How to make the Internet + giving full play to its role in the process of providing public services, which may accelerate wisdom government. This thesis combined with survey of Jingmen human resources and social security(HRSS) department, mainly discusses the feasibility on government informatization, which can accelerate service-oriented government based on "Internet +", this thesis also discusses problems and development strategies, provide reference for government to deepen the public service’s informatization.This thesis have six main parts. The first is introduction of the background and sense on this thesis’ theme, current research at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, and the possible innovation. The second part is the related concepts and theories, analysis the relationship of government informatization and service-oriented government. The third part is an analysis on HRSS of our public service construction, using Jingmen as an example. The fourth part is a further analysis, summed up seven problems on Jingmen HRSS’informatization. The fifth part is the focus of this thesis, with the comprehensive analysis of the problem in Jingmen HRSS’service and informatization, trying to provide public services more feasible measures for government from several aspects, and provide some new ideas to government informatization based on "Internet +". the sixth part is the summarizes of this thesis, and point out the short-sighted and what need to be further addressed.The possible innovation lies in this thesis:research on the internet, big data, government informatization, social security, public service, service-oriented government combination in the social transition and with "Internet +" background. Put forward development strategy for HRSS’informatization from the perspective of "Internet +" in view of the existing problems, trying to build government information more perfect, with much practical significance. At the same time, combined with informatization and big data, carries empirical research on Jingmen HRSS as a example, the result is pertty convincing.
