Research On The Role Of Dalian Local Organizations Of Jiusan Society In Participating In Public Administration

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the united front and the cause of multi-party cooperation,focused on the development of socialist democracy,promoted the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,put forward a series of new ideas,new ideas and new strategies,made a series of major decisions,and promoted the cause of multi-party cooperation to achieve historic achievements.The concept of "new political party system" and "socialist political participation party with Chinese characteristics" has positioned the role of democratic parties and brought them into the integrated development pattern of socialism with Chinese characteristics and national public management,which is of great significance to their participation in public management.The Jiusan Society is one of the eight democratic parties with the characteristics of political alliance under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It takes the high and intermediate intellectuals in the scientific and technological circles as the main body,actively performs the functions of participating in political discussion,democratic supervision,political consultation and social service under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and plays an important role in promoting democratic politics and establishing and improving public management system.At present,how to give full play to the superior role of scientific and technological talents and better participate in public management are the key issues that should be studied and paid attention to by the Jiusan Academy of Sciences.From the perspective of Dalian Local Organization of Jiusan Society(hereinafter referred to as Dalian Jiusan Society),this paper analyses the role played by Jiusan Society in participating in national public administration,including participation in political affairs,democratic supervision and social services,finds out the inadequate role played,explores the reasons,analyses and This paper puts forward some countermeasures to provide theoretical support for the 93 academic societies and even the democratic parties to better perform the functions of participating parties of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and hopes that these can be put into practice so as to achieve more brilliant achievements in the various functions of the 93 academic societies.
