The Study On The System Of Confession And Guilty Assessment Of Prisoners In Shanghai

In recent years,the focus of prison work is gradually transferring to improve the quality of Criminal corrections.In that case,Shanghai Prison System has taken the lead in the country to launch the strategic requirements of “focusing on the quality of education correction and building a large education pattern”.This year,the Ministry of Justice has put forward the requirements for activities to carry out the “rule of security”,which proves that improving the quality of corrections will become increasingly important.First of all,in the daily prison management work,only China has included the the system of confession and guilty assessment into the standardized assessment content of the prisoners.Through the examination of relevant foreign literature,scholars and internal journal materials,draws on modern psychology,assessment,prison science and other theories as the confession and guilty evaluation system on the theoretical level,this essay is looking for a theoretical basis that can be used,and the prisoner's confession and guilty assessment system really can be based on the prison management level.Although in our country,some areas have conducted the system of confession and guilty assessment but these are more like tests.This kind of tests can not achieve full scale of the results,and it is impossible to obtain a large number of first-line and real data.The Shanghai Prison Administration has accumulated a large amount of first-line actual dataas a basis for institutional improvement through institutionalized promotion.Secondly,this essay combines the existing assessment methods in China with the basic theories of science,and introduces the system of confession and guilty assessment comprehensively and clearly,and on the existing basis,proposes a system of supervision and correction suitable for the new era.Finally,based on practice and working experience,the author analyzes the confession and guilty evaluation system step by step and combine the real case with confession and guilty evaluation system.Furthermore,comparing the guilty assessment system with other relevant regulatory aspects of the prison,it proves that the confession assessment system will do good to the existing operational supervision system and make up for the weakness of the existing prison system.
