Research On The Development Strategy Of Civil Military Integration Demonstration Zone

With the rise of civil military integration as a national strategy,the development of civil military integration in China from the initial integration into the depth of the integration stage.The formation of military and civilian integration demonstration area is an important symbol of the development and integration of the local military and civilian technology industry,as of now,the country is divided into 7 batches of 32 military and civilian integrated industrial base.However,the development of China's civil military integration demonstration base still has many problems,such as the backward management concept,the single service function,low profit level and so on.Therefore,it is urgent to develop the strategic orientation and safeguard measures for the demonstration area.In this paper the basis of civil military integration Park and strategic positioning on the theory of China's military and civilian integration of macro environment are analyzed,and the existing combination of military and civilian class demonstration zone were studied,in order to provide theoretical support for further studies.This paper first by combing the domestic and foreign research on the theory of civil military integration,sorting out the study of the civil military integration level and the classification of the development model.Secondly,by defining the concept of the demonstration area,it is clear that the strategic orientation of the demonstration area is based on the target,and the flow chart of strategic positioning is constructed on the basis of this.Through the macro micro three levels to build a strategic positioning of the organization structure and the use of PESTEL method on the impact of strategic positioning of the macro environment analysis,and strategic positioning to adjust.Finally,the use of analytic hierarchy process to build a mathematical model of strategic positioning,select the five military and civilian base for analysis and verification of the results.On the basis of regional economic development,the status in the supply chain,industry development in three dimensions to build strategic positioning development model,taking Xi'an city as a case analysis,and provide relevant policy suggestions on the construction of the future development of civil military integration demonstration area.
