Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Youth Volunteer Service Management In Donghai County

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed to “ promote the construction of good faith and the institutionalization of voluntary service“.This is an affirmation of the work of voluntary service,a third-party non-profit organization,under the new era background.It is also a higher requirement and expectation for voluntary service and points out the direction for the improvement of voluntary service management at all levels of society.After the reform and opening up,China's youth voluntary service has gradually emerged,making great contributions to the social and economic upgrading,transformation and development,making great efforts to improve the living environment of urban and rural residents,and carrying out extensive practice for the policy propaganda of the party and the state.In the new era,voluntary service is characterized by diversification and informatization,with more diversified forms.The management mode tends to be informatization and more efficient.In order to deeply study the youth volunteer service management system,this paper takes Donghai county volunteer service as the object,and makes an in-depth analysis based on its historical evolution and management level,discusses the problems existing in grassroots volunteer service,and puts forward feasible suggestions,in order to sum up successful experiences that can be used for reference by the majority of grassroots organizations.the research on youth volunteer service management system provides efficient guidance for youth volunteer service activities,and also plays a role in promoting the development of their own skills and the improvement of their overall quality for volunteers.Based on the existing research results,field research and other forms,the young volunteers in Donghai County were selected for investigation to create a good social environment for youth volunteer service.
