Volunteer service is actually a kind of service activity that volunteers voluntarily provide for the promotion of social development irrespective of material remuneration.The "Lei Feng Spirit" is the origin of China's volunteer service.Volunteer service organizations continue to grow and develop under the impetus of the Communist Party of China and the Communist Youth League,forming a volunteer service team mainly based on youth,with universities and enterprises as their core strength.With the rapid development of society,the pace of life is accelerating,people's work pressure has become greater,and society has also paid more and more attention to volunteer services.For state-owned enterprises,some enterprise-related work is not included in the employees' own work,which leads many employees to perform additional work in the form of volunteer services in addition to their own work.Although it is a way of voluntary service,it is not voluntary,but is assigned by the company's party committee and youth league committee,and the employees' enthusiasm for participating in activities is not high.At present,state-owned enterprises do not have a sound voluntary service management system to meet the internal and external voluntary service manpower deployment.This article takes employees of Beijing Public Transport Group as the research object,obtains and analyzes the data through questionnaires and in-depth interviews.The questionnaire and interview outline will be based on the actual situation of Beijing Public Transport Group,comprehensively consider and use the two-factor incentive theory and goal consistency theory,and work with employees as the core.The interview outline and questionnaire were formulated from the motivation and health factors that affect employees ' participation in volunteer services and the motivation of employees' participation in volunteer services.Questionnaires were setup around employee interests,social responsibilities,personal needs,and personal accomplishment.The research found that the voluntary service management system of the bus group is relatively imperfect.Most of the recruited volunteers are internal recruitment.Volunteer training is in the form,and the guarantee of funds and materials is not perfect.Based on the analyzed data,this article provides the optimization strategy of the bus service volunteer service management system,that is,establish a perfect volunteer service management system,change the recruitment model to open recruitment,establish a selection mechanism based on items,enrich the training content form,improve Volunteer service guarantee mechanism,with a reasonably configured assessment system for volunteer service,the establishment of several previous systems promotes the enthusiasm of volunteers to participate in volunteer service,to achieve an incentive effect.The research results of this paper are based on the actual situation of Beijing Public Transport Group and have practical significance,which can provide a certain reference for the improvement of similar companies' voluntary service management system.
