Action Research On Judicial Social Work Involved In Helping Minors

The issue of juvenile delinquency has become one of the major social problems facing the world.The assistance of juvenile delinquency is not limited to the full-time staff of the judiciary.The involvement of judicial social work has also injected new vitality into the judicial system.This study takes the minors involved in the study as the research object and explores the practical methods of judging the involvement of minors in judicial social work.Under the guidance of the social support network theory,the action research method is adopted,through the case work,the general process of social work practice is used,and rational emotional therapy,supportive skills and influential skills are used to help the adults involved in the judicial process.Support services.Through intervention,the research object finally returned to the society smoothly,and the intervention goal was reached,which confirmed that the judicial social work involved in the action assistance of the minor involved in the crime was effective.The intervention of this study mainly includes three stages,namely,the stage of imprisonment in the investigation of the case,the stage of returning to school after the bail,and the stage of inspection and inspection with conditional non-prosecution.In the stage of imprisonment in the investigation of the case,the intervention mainly includes three aspects: social investigation,emotional counseling,and increase of legal knowledge.The use of supporting skills and suggestions such as the same reason and listening,and the provision of information and other influential skills;The intervention content mainly includes the two aspects of returning to school and adapting to campus life.It mainly uses the strategy of connecting social resources,mainly indirectly intervening,and the social worker plays the role of resource linker.The three aspects of rule of law education,social reintegration,emotional perception and conflict resolution capacity are mainly based on direct intervention.The conclusions of this study are as follows: First,the criminal procedure is an important basis for intervention planning;second,the link of the social support system is one of the key tasks of the assistance process,and also provides protection for the social reintegration of the client;Third,the integration of intervention strategies such as casework,group work,and social work research has enriched the level of intervention.Fourth,social workers have enhanced the intervention effect by comprehensively applying multiple intervention techniques during the intervention process.Fifth,Social workers play different roles at different stages of the judicial process.
