A Case Study Of "Three Duties" Grass-roots Social Governance In Xinjin County

Grassroots social governance is an important and organic component of the function of our government,and it is an effective force for the economic and social progress of various cities,the improvement of government's social management system,the improvement of the efficiency of public services and the improvement of the level of modernization of government management.Although the development of grass-roots social governance in the new era has a lot in common within the macro-level of the country,there are great differences in the development and management of different places.In different grassroots government social management system,the new era of grass-roots social governance has different positioning and understanding,and thus produce different grass-roots social governance measures and methods.It has a lot to do with the public interest,the government social management system with purposeof the public interests must be the new era of grass-roots society,to speed up the fomation of the a social managagement system in which with the leadership of the party committee,the government responsible,social coordination,public participation and legal guarantee.This paper takes Xinjin County's "three-duty" grassroots social governance as the research object,through theoretical analysis,combined with the existing problems of current Xinjin County "three-duty" grassroots social governance,use of method of theory analysis and summary methods for systematic analysis,find out the root causes of the corresponding problems,and put forward the actual feasible countermeasures,it contributes to the promotion of Xinjin County " Three-duty " grassroots social governance work,which further enhance the government's grassroots social governance capacity and maintain a good image of the government.At the same time,this paper based on the concept and theory of grassroots social governance,combined with the actual situation of grassroots social governance in Xinjin County's "three-duty",and specific analysis the current predicament and problems existing in the grassroots social governance of the township streets offices.This paper uses the field research method,deep into the internal of xinjin County grassroots,conduct the research on basic situation of the "three-duty" grassroots social governance.Adhering to the guidance of a series of important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping,supported by the concept of justice,the theory of social contract,the theory of mass work and the Chineseization of Marxism,we will fully absorb and apply the research results made by scholars at home and abroad in the study of social governance,compare the current research on social governance with the case of the implementating the "three-duty guard" in Xinjin County.Method to Use literature review,empirical analysis and contrastive analysis and so on,to find out more effective countermeasures and general methods of county-level government management.
