Research On The Innovation Of Trade Union Organizations Participating In Social Governance In A City Of Fujian Province

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that improving the leadership of Party committees,strengthening the implementation of responsibilities of relevant government departments,and coordinating all sectors of society are important strategies for strengthening social governance innovation in the new era.At the same time,it emphasizes the positioning responsibility of mass organizations and social organizations in promoting social governance innovation.It is necessary to unite trade unions and other mass organizations,constantly improve the level of grass-roots people's self-government,and further reform and improve the management system of social organizations.The vast number of workers play an important role in promoting economic and social development.They are the key groups to maintain social harmony and stability,and they are also one of the important subjects of social governance.Trade union organizations have a broad mass base.All levels of federations of trade unions,centering on the requirements of the Party Central Committee's deployment,earnestly "increase the three natures and remove the four modernizations",deepen trade union reform,play an active role in participating in social governance innovation,and better assume the important political responsibility of maintaining the stability of the workforce and promoting economic and social development.Guided by Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,combined with the development road of socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics,as well as the relevant theories,laws and regulations and policies of social governance,this paper aims to analyze the guiding ideology,theoretical basis,main measures and practices,existing problems and suggestions for improvement of the participation of trade union organizations in the innovation of social governance in A City of Fujian Province.This paper probes into the ways for trade unions to participate in social governance innovation in order to better play the role of trade union organizations,promote the organic integration of trade union work and social governance innovation,and promote economic development and social harmony and stability.
