| As a voluntary mass organization of the working class,the Chinese trade union is an organization led by the Communist Party of China to safeguard the rights and interests of its members and workers,which is also the function of the trade union.Under the background of rapid development of market economy,the social economy has also begun to enter the mode of internationalization,marketization and informatization.The upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure and economic structure not only aggravate the complexity of labor capital relations,but also produce many contradictions,and even become a key problem affecting social stability and economic development.Taking the trade union in N city as an example,starting from the trade union in N city,the paper systematically analyzes the practice cases of trade union rights protection knowledge,so that while effectively determining the authoritarian work mechanism of the trade union,it can also explore relevant issues and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions and schemes.Select 20 trade union organizations for sampling survey,issue questionnaires and conduct in-depth interviews at three levels: trade union chairman,trade union director and ordinary workers.Based on the interview method and questionnaire survey results,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by trade unions in N city in performing their rights protection functions.Finally,it summarizes the difficulties faced by trade unions in N city in performing their rights protection functions as follows: there is a large talent gap;Employees lack awareness of rights protection;The government has misunderstandings about negotiation;The training system is not perfect;The employee appeal expression mechanism is not smooth and the mode is single.In view of the fact that the experience of labor unions in Yiwu City and Guiyang City in safeguarding their rights can be fully used for reference by N City,this paper analyzes and summarizes the actual cases of the labor unions in Guiyang City and Yiwu City in performing their rights safeguarding functions,summarizes the relevant enlightenment obtained from their case analysis,and puts forward the relevant optimization mechanism applicable to the labor unions in N City,specifically:strengthening the time guidance for socialized rights safeguarding of grassroots trade unions;Standardize negotiation and negotiation links and eliminate formal negotiation;Explore trade union rights protection in the "Internet +" era. |
