Research On Virtual Integration Of Human Resources In Network Security Department Of Public Security Organs

With the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology,the task of network security is becoming more and more arduous,and the shortage of human resources in network security departments of Guangxi public security organs is becoming increasingly serious.It is a useful attempt to "demand police force from science and technology" to establish virtual departments and realize virtual integration of fragmented human resources.The ultimate goal of human resources virtualization integration is to improve the overall use efficiency of police force,improve the professional ability of single police,and narrow the level gap and performance gap of members.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and comparison,through the study of virtual integration of human resources in network security department,this paper compares the differences between virtual department and traditional functional department,the advantages,disadvantages and risk,opportunities.Meantime this paper compares the differences of the problems and restrictive constraints in the operation between government virtual department and enterprise virtual team.In this paper,the problems of virtualization integration are summarized as trust,incentive and management quality problems.And the restrictive factors are screened and confirmed,focusing on the communication determined by virtualization integration's own characteristics,the shortcomings of incentive and the lag of management mechanism construction.On this basis,the paper puts forward suggestions for improvement in communication,incentive and quality.It is hoped that by giving full play to the inherent advantages of virtualization integration,making up for shortcomings and improving various measures of supporting system,the four major problems will be solved and the efficiency of human resources will be improved.
