Research On Urbanization Of Poor Population Relocated By 100,000 In Nujiang Of The Lisu Autonomous Prefecture

Poverty has always been a worldwide problem.China is a developing country.It has been in a feudal society for a long time.It has suffered from internal and external problems in modern times.Its development is seriously lagging behind.It has a large population base,a large number of poor people,deep poverty,and serious poverty.Therefore,China's poverty alleviation problem is particularly worthy of further study.Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture of Yunnan Province is the only Dong Autonomous Prefecture in China and one of the “three regions and three states” in China 's deep poverty areas.Restricted,has been in a state of poverty for a long time,and the urbanization rate is also one of the lowest in the country.In order to complete the great task of building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020,it is imperative for Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture to fight poverty.This article first reviews the natural,economic,and social situation of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture.From the aspects of industry,trade,education,and infrastructure,through comparison with other cities in Yunnan Province,it analyzes the state of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture's economic backwardness and its actual situation.It is found that inadequate infrastructure and uncoordinated development of the three industries are important reasons for poverty in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture.By analyzing the social and economic characteristics of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,it is found that the main reasons for the backwardness of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture 's economy are limited by backward infrastructure and uncoordinated industrial development.Later,from the aspects of the poor population,causes of poverty,and poverty characteristics,the issue of poverty in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture was explained.It was found that Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture had a large base of poverty population,diverse causes of poverty,complex poverty characteristics,and the poverty problem was very serious.Reviewing the state of poverty alleviation in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,the history of poverty alleviation in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture is divided into five stages: 1986-1994 is the developmental poverty alleviation stage;1994-2000 is the "August 7 Poverty Alleviation" stage;2001-2010 The year is the implementation stage of the Outline of the Ten-year Plan for Poverty Alleviation and Development in China's Rural Areas;2011 to 2014 is the first half of the year of the Ten-year Program for the Poverty Alleviation and Development of China's Rural Areas(2011 to 2020);and 2015 to 2020 is precisely targeted Precision poverty alleviation stage.By reviewing the problems existing in poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,it is found that the most important reason for poverty alleviation in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture is insufficient self-sufficiency,without industry support,it is easy to cause the results of poverty alleviation to be unsustainable,and the important way to solve this problem is to relocate the poor.Furthermore,the significance,process and current situation of 100,000 people ex-situ poverty alleviation in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture are analyzed.By analyzing the development process of urbanization and the relationship with economic development,and seeking the laws of urbanization,and combining with the urbanization process of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,it is found that the urbanization process of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in recent years is very special,which is under the effect of ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation.ongoing.Analyze the problems existing in the process of urbanization through ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation,and find that the results of urbanization through ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation are very fragile.In order to stabilize the results of urbanization and poverty alleviation,it is necessary to establish industrial support.Only sufficient industrial support can stabilize the results of poverty alleviation and migration in ex situ.In order to explore the industrial support issues of poverty alleviation and relocation in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,this paper uses the deviation share analysis method to analyze the industrial structure of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture taking the economic development of Yunnan Province as the reference system,and decomposing its own economic development into share components.The structural deviation component and the competitive deviation component.Through analyzing the adjustment of the industrial structure of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in recent years and the horizontal comparison with Kunming,Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture,and Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,it is found that Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture has a lot of industrial development.Problems,and put forward some suggestions for the adjustment of the industrial structure and the development of the industry after Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture.Finally,according to the problems existing in the process of poverty alleviation and urbanization in Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,corresponding countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of policy,industrial development,social security,employment,and economic and social development.Hope to contribute a little to the future development of Nujiang of the Lisu Autonomous Prefecture.
