Targeted poverty alleviation is an important measure for building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020,and relocation of poverty alleviation is an important policy for targeted poverty alleviation.Through relocation and poverty alleviation,the rural poor living in poor living conditions,fragile ecological environment and frequent natural disasters can achieve the most thorough and effective poverty alleviation.Gansu Province was listed as a pilot province for poverty alleviation and relocation by the National Development and Reform Commission as early as 2001.At the stage when the targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty alleviation strategy is turned to the rural revitalization strategy,what aspects should be taken to break the employment assistance dilemma of the remote poverty alleviation and migrants?,Find the direction of improvement and countermeasures? Therefore,this article analyzes the current employment promotion measures of the government in accordance with the current employment situation of immigrants,analyzes the influencing factors and finds the difficulties existing in the implementation of employment promotion,and then proposes targeted solutions.First,systematically combed the domestic and foreign literature review,expounded and defined the theories used in this article and related concepts.Secondly,through investigation and analysis,the employment status of immigrants in Yuanmengyuan community relocation in Minle County,and sorting out the employment assistance measures introduced by Minle County.Once again,sort out the dilemma of relocation and employment in Yuanmengyuan Community of Minle County.Finally,according to the causes of employment dilemma,combined with related theoretical concepts,specific suggestions are put forward.This paper takes Minle County ’ s relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation-Yuanmengyuan Community in Minle County as an example,uses questionnaire survey and interview methods to design questionnaires in terms of production methods,lifestyles,and social relations,and collect statistics on the effective questionnaires.And analysis,and then in-depth discussion of the employment assistance of the relocated people in the relocation of poverty alleviation and relocation.The study found that Minle County still has many problems such as imperfect employment security system,mere formality of employment training,imperfect employment system,unsmooth employment information,and single employment channels during the relocation of poverty alleviation in Minle County.These problems have become the fetters of the employment of relocated farmers and are urgently needed.solve.The research shows that the problems existing in the relocation sites for poverty alleviation in Minle County are not only common,but also some individual problems.This article refines each problem and proposes corresponding measures.From the perspective of government governance,it is necessary to establish and improve the unemployment insurance system for relocated farmers,establish an employment security evaluation mechanism,establish a sound employment service platform,and strengthen public opinion and guidance.Only in this way can we help immigrants adapt to the current environment as soon as possible,change their thinking,develop the economy,and improve their living standards.In turn,it provides new ideas for poverty alleviation and development in impoverished areas,and helps relocates to achieve sound development.
