Study On School Food Safety Supervision Law System

School food safety has always been the focus of food safety supervision in China.Our country "food safety law and its implementing regulations have food safety regulation has special provisions for the school,in 2019 the Ministry of Education,the state administration of market supervision and management,national health council jointly by the school regulations on food safety and nutrition and health,focus on food safety regulatory system from the school,the school management responsibility,management of school cafeteria food safety control,feeding unit management,responsibility,etc.,comprehensive elaboration school food safety work,school teachers and students of food safety and nutrition and health.At present,China's school food safety supervision has achieved remarkable results,but schools are still the key areas prone to food safety risks,school food safety supervision still has a lot of room to improve,we need to continue to innovate and improve the school food safety supervision system.The research work of this paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects:the first part is the introduction,which expounds the research background and significance of this paper,the literature review at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,the innovation of this paper and the basic structure of this paper.The second part introduces some basic problems of school food safety supervision.It clearly defines the concepts of food safety,food safety supervision,school,centralized dining,school canteen and catering unit,and defines the objects and scope of school food safety supervision.Explains the goal of school food safety supervision.The third part summarizes the current situation and shortcomings of school food safety supervision in China.The main deficiencies are: first,the source,procurement and storage of food materials are difficult to supervise the whole process;Second,the processing and cooking of food materials still need to strengthen supervision;Third,improve the school food safety management system.Fourth,the school food safety supervision laws and regulations are not sound;Fifth,the school food safetyresponsibility subject legal responsibility is relatively light.The fourth part reviews the American and Japanese school food safety supervision system.Among them,the emphasis on the commonweal and non-profit nature of school feeding is worth learning from our national conditions.The fifth part puts forward Suggestions to improve the school food safety supervision system.The main Suggestions are as follows: first,specify the source,purchase and storage standards of food materials in accordance with the law;Second,the law to improve the canteen staff qualification requirements;Third,perfect the school food safety supervision rules and regulations;Fourth,perfect the laws and regulations of school food safety supervision;Fifth,strictly implement the school food safety main legal responsibility.
