Research On The Party Construction Of Private Enterprises In The New Era

Since the new era,great changes have taken place in the internal and external environment of China’s economic development.The requirements of private economy are no exception.The importance of Party building in private enterprises has become increasingly prominent.Accelerating the party building in private enterprises has become an important issue facing our party in the new era.2020 is the end of the 13 th five year plan and the key year to build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.How to make the party construction of private enterprises adapt to the development of private enterprises and guide the stable and healthy development of private economy is very important for us to achieve the two centenary goals.This paper focuses on the study of policy-making and measures implementation of the party and the government,the relevant factors hindering the development of Party building in private enterprises,and discusses the future trend of Party building in private enterprises and the main measures to play the role of political leadership.The first chapter focuses on the background and significance of the topic,the status quo of research at home and abroad,the content and methods of research and the innovation of the paper.The second chapter introduces the related concepts,theoretical support and the importance of strengthening the party construction of private enterprises.The third chapter first reviews the development process of Party Construction in private enterprises,and then demonstrates and analyzes the current situation of Party Construction in private enterprises in China from three aspects: theoretical construction,"two coverage" and the emergence of typical representatives.The fourth chapter analyzes the current internal and external factors that hinder the development of private enterprises,respectively,from the leading role that the party organization should play in private enterprises can not be fully played;the party organization of enterprises does not keep pace with the times and improve itself;the party construction work of private enterprises is lack of strong guarantee;the ideological awareness of private enterprise personnel needs to be improved in four aspects.The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures aiming at the problems faced by the private enterprises in the current party building work,from the in-depth implementation of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the party building of private enterprises;perfecting the party building work mechanism of private enterprises;establishing and perfecting the party organization’s construction of private enterprises;giving full play to the leading role of Party organization culture construction;cultivating advanced enterprise culture of private enterprises;and carrying out the bridge by Party organizations.The role of Liang is analyzed in four aspects,which aims to highlight the key points without losing its comprehensiveness,and to solve the main problems of private party construction as far as possible.
