Since the foundation of People's Republic of China,especially after 40 years since the Reform and Opening policy,Tibetan areas in Gan Nan has changed dramatically in the background of Party and Nation's encouraging to build a Well-off Society in an All-round Way,which has attracted many scholars' attention.This thesis chooses Zhuo Xun village in Zhuo Ni county as the research subject and the writer tries his best to present all kinds of changes in production and living areas in Zhuo Xun village since the Reform and Opening,hence having a restricted view of Tibetan village's society,economy and culture transition path.Zhuo Xun village,a Tibetan and Chinese mixed village of 89 families,now belongs to Dan Zang administrative village,Shen Zang town,Zhuo Ni county,Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gan Nan in Gan Su Province.In history,this village is the location of Zhuo Xun chieftain government office,which has experienced chieftain system for more than 600 years.Since the foundation of People's Republic of China,especially the Reform and Opening,Zhuo Xun village has changed hugely and this kind of change is omnibearing.This kind of change firstly reflects on the change in production,and then leads to an overall change in Zhuo Xun villagers' lifestyles,human behaviors,ideologies and other aspects.These changes should first attribute to the promotion of Nation's systems and policies,and then the impact of market economy.And the involvement of outside cultures is also a major motive to promote these changes.This thesis starts from some relative theories of social transition,mainly using the field research in ethnology,and carries out the researches through questionnaires,deep conversations,observations and so on.It aims to investigate in details the changes of Zhuo Xun villagers' production of farming and animal husbandry,basic needs of shelter and food,leisure and religion lives,festivals and customs,marriages and families after the Reform and Opening policy,and tries to discuss Gan Nan Tibetan villagers' transition problems in production and living areas systematically and thoroughly.
