Study On Government Functions In The Development Of Global Tourism In Wudi Countyof Shandong Province

Tourism is an important measure to promote economic transformation and upgrading.It is also an important industry to increase the employment population,improve the ecological environment and enhance the happiness index of residents.At present,China has entered the era of mass tourism.Promoting global tourism with high quality can effectively enhance the tourist experience and promote the upgrading of modern tourism industry.In recent years,Wudi County has actively promoted the construction of global tourism,and achieved initial results.However,owing to the low overall level of local economic development,imperfect public service system,and imperfect tourism management system,the development of Wudi County's global tourism is still in its infancy.The purpose of this paper is to explore how local governments can play a better role in the development of tourism in Wudi County by analyzing the situation of government functions in the development of tourism in the whole region,and then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize government functions.The structure of this paper is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly analyses the research significance and background of this paper,combs the literature at home and abroad,and clarifies the research ideas and research methods.The second chapter defines the concepts of global tourism and government functions,and analyses the theoretical basis of public goods theory and government intervention theory.The third chapter analyses the development advantages and development process of Wudi County's global tourism.The fourth chapter analyses the target orientation and current situation of government functions in Wudi County's tourism development.The fifth chapter discusses the problems and reasons of the government function in Wudi County's tourism development.The sixth chapter draws inspiration by comparing the government functions of domestic and foreign governments in developing global tourism.The seventh chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the role of the government in Wudi County's global tourism development.The eighth chapter is the conclusion.
