Evaluation Of The Quality Of Life Of The Elderly Disabled In China And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

China's population aging is getting worse,and the number of elderly people with disabilities is rising.Under the background of advocating healthy aging,the elderly disabled group has become a special group worthy of high attention in the process of healthy aging because of the particularity of their needs.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the quality of life of the elderly with disabilities and study the ways and measures to improve the quality of life of the elderly with disabilities.On the basis of fully understanding the concepts of elderly persons with disabilities and quality of life,combined with the theory of demand hierarchy,social support and other related theories,the quality of life and influencing factors of elderly persons with disabilities are analyzed.From the subjective quality of life and the objective quality of life,an evaluation system for the quality of life of elderly persons with disabilities is constructed to evaluate the quality of life of elderly persons with disabilities.Because the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can only make an overall evaluation of the quality of life of elderly disabled people,it is impossible to dig into the specific influencing factors and mechanism of action.Therefore,the structural equation model is used to study the influencing factors and the action mechanism of the quality of life of elderly persons with disabilities.Based on the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS),the quality of life of the elderly with disabilities was evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results of the evaluation of the quality of life of the elderly with disabilities show that the overall quality of life of the elderly with disabilities is at the "average" level,and there is still much room for improvement,among which the objective quality of life of the elderly with disabilities is at the "better" level,the subjective quality of life is at the "average" level.Through further analysis of structural equation model,it is found that personal factors,family non-child factors,family children factors and social factors have significant positive effects on the quality of life of the elderly disabled,theinfluence degree from high to low is the individual factor,the family child factor,the family non-child factor,the social factor.Personal factors,family children factors and family non-child factors not only directly affect the quality of life of elderly persons with disabilities,but also indirectly affect the quality of life of elderly persons with disabilities through interaction with other factors,social factors have only a direct impact on the quality of life of the elderly with disabilities.Therefore,it is recommended that attention be paid to the spiritual needs of older persons with disabilities while meeting their material needs,that the culture of filial piety be promoted and that young people be called upon to strengthen emotional communication with older persons with disabilities,and that attention be paid to the role of family members other than children,to provide assistance for the elderly with disabilities;to speed up the development of the rehabilitation market to meet the rehabilitation needs of the elderly with disabilities.
