Countermeasure Study Of Improving The Quality Of Life Of The "Elderly,Sick And Disabled" Group In The Linqu County In The Post-poverty Era

Upon the full victory of the fight against poverty,China has completely eliminated the problem of absolute poverty,and solving relative poverty has become the main focus of the "post-poverty alleviation era" after 2020.Due to the limitation of their own conditions,rural "elderly,sick and disabled" poverty-stricken groups mainly rely on social security policies to achieve poverty alleviation during the period of poverty alleviation.In the "post-poverty era",how to ensure that they can achieve stable poverty alleviation and not return to poverty,the quality of life will not decline due to the completion of poverty alleviation tasks,achieve sustainable development and share the achievements of social development,is the key research content for China to establish a long-term mechanism to alleviate relative poverty in the coming period.Researches on the life quality of the "elderly,sick and disabled" groups in rural areas and the factors affecting their life quality bring great significance to improve their life quality,ensure their access to the fruits of social development,consolidate the progress of poverty alleviation,and promote rural revitalization comprehensively.Based on the theories such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,social support and social justice,the "elderly,sick and disabled" groups among the Linqu County’s registered poor households were taken as the research objects in this paper.On the basis of questionnaires and interviews,,we have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the situation and restraining factors of the quality of life of the "elderly sick and disabled" people in Linqu County through data analysis.By analyzing the internal restriction factors and external environment restriction factors that influence the improvement of the life quality of the "elderly sick and disabled" groups,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the life quality of the "elderly sick and disabled" groups in Linqu County.In order to ensure that in the transition period from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,the quality of life of the "elderly sick and disabled" groups can be qualitatively improved,the sense of life happiness and the sense of gain can be enhanced,and everyone can share the fruits of China’s social development,so as to expected to provide theoretical reference and practical value for similar problems in the economically underdeveloped areas in eastern China.
