Research On Consultative Democracy As An Important Way Of Modernization Of National Governance

As an important way of national governance modernization,deliberative democracy is a theoretical sublimation to meet the objective needs of socialist modernization development,a theoretical expansion theme from three aspects,namely,the concept,connotation and characteristics of consultative democracy and modernization of national governance.On the basis of clarifying the "what" of the two research elements,this paper makes a linkage analysis of the two,that is,in-depth analysis of the reasons why deliberative democracy is an important way of national governance modernization,including two aspects of prerequisite and theoretical basis;secondly,it describes deliberative democracy as an important way of national governance modernization from three aspects: basic establishment,restoration and deepening,and comprehensive sublimation And creatively positioned its future approach on the construction of negotiation governance scheme with Chinese characteristics.At last,the paper analyzes "modernization of national governance" since the 18 th National Congress and the impact of the historical transformation of the main social contradictions in the new era on the field of national governance and other aspects of in-depth exploration and exploration to find its theoretical and practical significance.On this basis,from the domestic and foreign two dimensions to investigate the
