In this study,QCA qualitative comparative study and case analysis are used to study three parts.The first part studies which types of events in social events are easy to induce media trial.The second part studies the effect of media appeal on judicial trial in media trial cases,i.e.which elements make media intervention more effective.The third part uses case analysis Methods to analyze the cases of media trial and media reports,and put forward the improvement strategies of media reports.First of all,in the study of the types of news events that trigger media trials,it is found that when social events meet the following three paths,news events are easy to trigger media trials: sensitive identity information + no class confrontation + special circumstances + clear facts;government affairs + sensitive identity information + no class confrontation + clear facts;government affairs + sensitive identity information +no class confrontation + special Special plot.Among them,sensitive identity information and special circumstances are the key factors.When social events meet the above three paths,the government shall timely conduct public opinion counseling,increase information release,properly control the network public opinion and media,and timely control the evolution and development of public opinion.Secondly,in the study of the effect of media appeal in judicial trial,it is found that when the media trial cases meet the following three paths,the media exerts great influence on the Justice: felony tendency + government affairs;government affairs +strong group of offenders;media attention to offenders + civil affairs + high social status of victims.Among them,the affairs related to the government and the cases involving the strong and the weak,the media have a greater impact on the judiciary,which should be concerned by the relevant departments.Finally,in the typical case study of media trial,the case analysis and media report analysis are carried out from five aspects: ethics and morality,due judicial process,involving officials and rich,vulnerable groups,trial results and people's expectations.It is found that the media report in media trial cases shows such errs as sensationalism,excessive inference and obvious reporting tendency,and it is proposedthat correction of news reports in legal news.With the development of self media and social media,the disseminator is no longer a news organization with good professional quality.In the new media era,the social communication structure determines that the media trial is inevitable.Although this study does not prove that the public intervention of power is a sufficient condition for judicial compliance with the media,but power intervention will still have an impact on the judicial trial.In order to maintain the justice of the trial,the external power should be careful to intervene in the case trial to avoid its damage to the judicial justice.When social events involve sensitive identity information and special circumstances,the government should strengthen public opinion guidance.In the path of high coverage of the research on the effect of media appeal intervening in judicial trial,the issues related to the government and the issues related to social class differences are prominent contradictions,which should also attract the attention of relevant departments.At the same time,the information circulation mechanism in the new media era also puts forward higher requirements for judicial workers.Media trial has always been a common problem faced by the media and the judiciary.The healthy development of society can not be separated from the protection of justice and the watch of the media.Only by forming a benign interaction between them can we maximize the orderly development of the rule of law society.
