Research On Kaiyuan Government's Purchase Of Urban Public Sports Services

With China's social economy in various fields have made new breakthroughs to a new level,the material life of the masses is getting better and better.Sports,which represents the higher pursuit of a better life in the new era,has become increasingly important both in the political need of the country to realize the Chinese dream and in the realization of people's rights and interests in a healthy life.Because of the inefficiency of the monopolized supply of public sports services by governments all over the world,China gradually began to try to serve people's public sports needs by means of socialization and marketization at the end of last century.Kaiyuan stands in the forefront of the development of sports in Yunnan province.The local government has always attached great importance to the sports life of the publics.In more than ten years of practice,Kaiyuan has not only gained a lot of achievements and learned a lot of experience,but also faced with many problems and shortcomings to effectively overcome them.In this paper,the Kaiyuan government to buy urban public sports service is the center of the proposition,is proposed to adopt the method of literature analysis and field research,first of all to introduce the present situation of Kaiyuan government's purchase and the results of urban public sports service,secondly Kaiyuan government to buy urban public sports service in the process of analyzing the existing problems and the reasons,finally attempts to put forward the related countermeasures to perfect the Kaiyuan government's purchase of urban public sports service.
