With the continuous improvement of China's national economic level,China's current social and economic structure and the way of distribution are constantly changing and updating,and the development of the whole society is in a critical period of transformation.At this point,the civil consciousness of the public is also gradually deepened,for social welfare has been public service work is becoming more and more high quality requirements,so in view of the existing social supervision and management system for effective innovation,has become our country government departments play its function to perfect social public service evaluation mechanism is imminent.In recent years,the government has gradually started to purchase public services for social organizations,and the areas involved are relatively diversified,including social public health services,employment services,education services,etc.,and are gradually developing towards scale and regionalization.Paper with the examples of Shanghai sports administration to purchase major sporting event services,for the government to buy sports public service evaluation mechanism research,first elaborated the related theory of content,including the concept of public service and sports public service concept,the connotation of the government to buy from social organizations of public service evaluation,etc.,to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of below.Secondly,the basic value analysis of the government's purchase of public services from social organizations is carried out,including the objectives,principles,main objects and methods of evaluation.Thirdly,the main dimensions of the evaluation mechanism are explored,including perfect assessment system,multiple assessment subjects,flexible evaluation standards and scientific index system.This paper makes a very detailed analysis of the current situation,difficulties and problems of the evaluation of purchasing public sports services by Shanghai sports administration,and conducts a divergent study on the utilization of the evaluation results,aiming at improving the construction level of the evaluation mechanism of purchasing public sports services by Chinese government departments.
