Drugs are public enemies of human society. How to effectively detoxify drugs is a common problem faced by all countries in the world. As the main means of detoxification in China, compulsory isolation and detoxification undertakes the important functions of administering and treating drug addicts. In recent years, with the rise of government purchasing services and the need of drug treatment in China, compulsory isolated detoxification centers begin to purchase professional services from the community to compensate for their weakness in professional competence. This article took the purchase of rehabilitation services for drug addiction in Guangdong NF Compulsory Isolated Detoxification Center as an example to study the purchase of services by the government.Understood the development and satisfaction of rehabilitation services for drug addicts by means of questionnaires and interviews.Obtained the satisfaction of drug addicts on rehabilitation services of medical, educational, psychological and vocational training.Analysed the problems and causes in the rehabilitation service of drug rehabilitation.First, the study found that the characteristics of services for drug rehabilitation focused on the inclusiveness of services but lacked pertinence.Second, the main reasons for the low satisfaction and problems of rehabilitation services are the conflict between management and services, the insufficient purchase of services, the lack of functional facilities, and the imperfect service assessment and supervision mechanism.Third, the government should further the guarantee of purchasing services and optimize the capital structure, purchase the services on requirements, establish evaluation and supervision mechanism of drug rehabilitation services.
