Research On The Management Of Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center In Yunnan Province

Yunnan province is a major drug disaster area in China.Influenced by the international environment,drug crimes and drug abuse are becoming more and more serious.For a long time,Yunnan province has continuously intensified its efforts to fight against drugs,further improved the control of the spread and spread of drugs,and continuously developed a drug rehabilitation model suitable for Yunnan's own situation in the field of drug control and drug rehabilitation.The central task of education,rehabilitation and treatment has helped many addicts to break their addiction and return to a healthy life.However,from the perspective of current drug rehabilitation management in Yunnan province,there are still defects in management mode and mode.The topic of this paper is how to improve the current drug rehabilitation management mode from a new perspective by combining the new public management theory and related governance theory.This paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,the introduction part explains the background and significance of this research,introduces the research done by foreign and domestic experts and scholars in the field of drug rehabilitation management,and makes a comparative analysis one by one.Then,the core concepts and theoretical basis of the drug rehabilitation management mode are briefly explained to lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Finally,the research methods,innovations and difficulties are explained,Yunnan province,the first chapter mainly elaborates the status of compulsory isolation detoxification management,management mode,management characteristics,the second chapter exist in K city compulsory isolation detoxification by management in Yunnan province as an example to analyze the problems and reasons,the third chapter enumerates the other domestic provinces and cities of compulsory isolation detoxification management mode and experience for reference,points out the disadvantages of current drug management in Yunnan province and shortage,which provide the basis for subsequent countermeasures research.The fourth chapter uses the new public management,governance theory and standardized management theory to analyze the prospect of drug rehabilitation management and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.We should further establish and improve relevant systems,deepen the reform of the drug rehabilitation management system,and create new ways of drug rehabilitation management.It is urgent to establish a national unified judicial and administrative drug rehabilitation work as the core of the new thinking,and constantly improve the management model of drug rehabilitation in Yunnan province,to improve the drug rehabilitation rate.
