A Study On The Guarantee Mechanism Of Law Enforcement Dignity Of Anti-smuggling Police

People should live with dignity.Dignity is the right that people should have in their lives,and these rights need to be respected by other people and things with human characteristics.When the police exercise the power of law enforcement according to law,they also need to respect and recognize the power of law enforcement and the identity of the police.With the development of information technology,facing the increasing media supervision and public supervision,how to carry out police activities legally and efficiently has a higher level requirement for the police at this stage.As a kind of police,the anti-smuggling police,in the law enforcement activities of exercising police power in accordance with the law,face the obstacles to law enforcement activities involving the economic interests of criminals,gradually become normal.When carrying out law enforcement actions,the law enforcement dignity of the antismuggling police needs to convince and respect the law enforcers and the public in particular.In order to ensure the dignity of anti-smuggling police in law enforcement,it is necessary to establish a complete set of anti-smuggling police law enforcement dignity guarantee mechanism.Taking HP Customs Anti-smuggling Police as an example,this paper uses questionnaires,interview data and statistical data analysis to analyze the status quo of law enforcement dignity of anti-smuggling police with real cases of police law enforcement,and from the perspective of cognitive psychology,behavioral psychology and criminal psychology to analyze the reasons for the impairment of law enforcement dignity of anti-smuggling police,drawing lessons from advanced experience at home and abroad,and trying to combine them."Broken Window Theory" establishes a set of zero tolerance guarantee mechanism for the law enforcement dignity of antismuggling police.By improving the law enforcement environment of anti-smuggling police,building a better law enforcement authority,safeguarding the law enforcement dignity of anti-smuggling police,and thus better safeguarding the dignity of law and the dignity of the country.
