Study On The Willingness And IfifliieEcing Factors Of Community Home Care Services

Since 2000,China has entered the stage of the aging society.In the social changes such as the lack of prosperity,the shrinking of family size,the 421 family structure,and the weakening of family support,the traditional concept of "raising children for old age" has undergone a fundamental change.Based on the family,relying on the community and supported by organization,the community home care system can alleviate the pressure of traditional family endowment,and can also promote social forces to participate in the social pension,become the direction of development to solve the pension pressure,advocated by the government at all levels.At present,the way of community-based care for the elderly in China is still in its infancy,and there are still many problems in the actual implementation,which requires more in-depth exploration and research.In 2005,Guangzhou launched a pilot project for community home care services,which was fully implemented in 2007.In the process of continuously promoting the reform of comprehensive services for home-based care for the elderly,Guangzhou began to pay attention to the elderly as the main body of home-based care services.Their pension willingness and influencing factors are the prerequisites and guarantees for the smooth realization of various policies and services,so more should be The elderly's needs for home care and related factors are set in order to better implement the national pension policies and benefits.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the willingness and influencing factors of community home care services in Guangzhou.This paper selects the elderly households in the Yuexiu District of Guangzhou as the research object,and by revealing the influence of internal and external factors on the elderly's willingness to care for the elderly,it puts forward suggestions for the current home-based pension model so that the socialized old-age resources can be fully utilized.To improve the good experience of the elderly community living in the community,so as to provide an optimized path for the relevant system of community living in Guangzhou and even the country.
