In recent years, the aging of the population in China has been accelerating day by day,and the problem of the aged has been paid more and more attention by the government and the society. In 2016,China's population aged 60 and above reached 212.42 million, accounting for 15.5 percent of the total population, and the population aged 65 and over accounts for 10.1 per cent of the total population.According to the forecast of relevant experts,by 2050,the elderly population over 65 years old in China will reach more than 3.2 billion, accounting for about a fifth of the total population of China, and a quarter of the world's elderly population. With the increasing trend of population aging, the traditional community home pension service model has been unable to meet the needs of flexible, diverse, timely and intelligent old-age care services for the aged Traditional family pension can fully meet the emotional comfort needs of the elderly, but because of the limited family resources, there is a slight weakness in other aspects such as health care.Institutional old-age care can provide more specialized old-age care services and basic medical equipment for the elderly, but due to geographical or financial constraints,it is unable to provide a variety of pension services for many elderly people. The independent pension is mainly limited to the health and income status of the elderly, and the scope of application is relatively small. With the development of information technology such as "Internet+",the combination of"Internet+" and traditional services for the aged puts forward a new way of thinking to solve the problem of aging in China. That is,relying on the community, using big data, the Internet of things, intelligent and other means to establish a "Internet+" pension service system, which includes living care, medical care, spiritual consolation, etc.to integrate the social endowment service resources to provide the elderly with efficient, convenient and individualized old-age service,so as to meet the needs of the elderly. On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results, this paper made a questionnaire survey on the willingness of urban residents to participate in the"Intermet+" community for the aged at home,so as to obtain first-hand information, and used the SPSS analysis software to carry on the statistical description to each factor. Then, the paper analyzed the willingness of urban residents to participate in "Internet+"community for the aged from four aspects:individual characteristics, family situation, current old-age status and cognition of the "Internet+" community home care for the aged. After that, the Logistic model was established to analyze the influencing factors of the willingness of urban residents to participate in the "Internet+ community. Finally, the specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. The results show that(1)80.4%of urban residents are willing to participate in the"Internet+" community home care for the aged.(2)According to gender,85.3%of female said they would like to take part in the "Internet+" community home care for the aged, which is 8.9 percentage points higher than that of male.In terms of age,59.4%of urban residents under 40 years of age indicated their willingness to participate, but those over 71 years of age indicated that they were reluctant to participate in the "Internet+"community home care for the aged.In terms of family situation,88.4%of urban residents with two children said they would like to participate in the "Internet+"community for the aged, while only 60%of urban residents with four or more children said they wanted to participate.Urban residents who were not satisfied with the current medical situation had an active willingness to participate.(3)Factors such as urban residents' age, education, number of children, physical condition, ability to pay for living expenses and cognition of the concept of "Internet+" community home care for the aged all have an impact on their willingness to participate in "Intemet+" community home care for aged.Among them, the physical condition, the ability to pay for living expenses and the cognition of "IntemetH+" community home care for the aged are the key factors that affect the willingness of urban residents to participate in the pension model studied. The results show that the three factors have passed the significant test of 5%.
