Labor relations management has become a essential question in current business management and operation.It plays a pivotal role in future change and development of enterprises and effects the external competitive advantages of enterprises,which makes it become a key influencing factor to allocate resources effectively.In this paper,we integrated domestic and foreign research,focusing on disputed questions of labor relation with state-owned enterprises in a transformation,and applying the coordinate schemes of labor relation,then trying to find how state-owned enterprises coordinate the mechanism of disputed questions of labor relation.Our research conclusions are as follows:We discussed the labor relation disputable problems and related benefit conflicts of state-owned enterprises in transition from three aspects.The first aspect is from enterprises,as we know,the economic benefit of many state-owned enterprises kept descending which causes unequal interior distribution,it bred corruption phenomenon around operators and administrators.The second is government aspect,for ”the comprehensive contract system for all employees”,”the Laid-off Policy”,”buy-out offer policy”,the essence of these policies is push the labors of state-owned enterprises to the market.The third aspect is social factor,more and more interests differentiation appear and it extends the income gap between all levels of society which make interest disputes appear.We also reference the experience and mechanism of coordinating labor relations in other countries,insisting principles of the government,observing the guiding ideology of democracy and justice,discussing the sharing,consulting,expressing,supervising and compensating mechanism of economic benefit.Through the analysis of one postal enterprise case,we verified the feasibility of coordination mechanism and proposed suggestions about dealing with the labor relations disputes of sate-owned enterprises,such as democratic consultation,fair mediation hand,legal arbitration backstops,etc.
