In recent years,the safety management work of Guangdong Province grass-roots compulsory detentions has made considerable development,the safety accident rate has decreased year by year,but the emergency has become a major hidden danger of safety management,in order to defend the safety management line and reduce the risk of emergencies.To ensure the safety of national property and people's lives,this paper studies the prevention mechanism of the emergency in Guangdong Province,in order to provide a reference for the safety management of the work of compulsory abstinence in Guangdong Province.Based on many years of experience in compulsory isolation and detoxification,through in-depth compulsory detoxification training center for students to conduct a questionnaire survey,an interview with the compulsory detoxification police,master the basic situation of the grass-roots forewarned forewarned forewarning of the outbreak,from the perspective.perspective.And make feasible suggestions.The study found that the main problem of the prevention of the emergency in Guangdong Province is that the mechanism is not perfect,which is mainly shown as follows: 1.Loose management,the system is not implemented,the prevention effect is not obvious 2.The organization structure is unreasonable,the prevention work investment is insufficient3.Preventive work is a mere formality.4.Prevention work lacks scientific guidance.5.There are five problems such as the disharmony of inter-departmental cooperation and the disjointed prevention work.The reason is that the system is imperfect,the organizational structure is imperfect,and the long-term operation mechanism is lacking.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the system construction and build a scientific and feasible emergency prevention mechanism.
