The Silk Road originated in the Western Han Dynasty, connecting the ancient Central and Western Asian countries. The Silk Road greatly enhanced the cultural exchanges and commericial cooperation betwteen ancient China and neighboring countries. In the beginning of the 21 st century, with the accelerated development of world economic integration,it is also imminet to revive the ancinet Silk Road.In 2013,Xi Jinping,General Secretary of PRC,proposed the initiative to build the “21st Century New Silk Road Economic Belt”.In the setting of the Belt and Road, this paper selects 23 countries together with three major economic zones as the research object. We make use of the social network method, such as the node degree, node strength, network density, reciprocity, and nodes of the trade network to make a central analysis which was conducted to examine how the trade networks of these countries changed between 2008 and 2017.It is believed that the trade volume of China's exports to countries along the route may have a spatial effect. After verifying it by Moran index, the space item is added on the basis of the model. We use the spatial Dubin model to study the factors affecting China's export trade. The results of the study show that China's influence in the trade network continues to expand. The trade network has become increasingly close between 2008 and 2017.However,financial crises, national wars, and trade protection policies also had a negative impact on trade between countries. In the study it is found that GDP,trade dependence and whether or not the importing countries have joined the WTO are important factors affecting the volume of trade. For the spatial effect,it is not only reflected in the influence of the trade volume of neighboring countries on the trade volume of the country, the distance between the neighboring countries of the importing country and China, the per capita income of the neighboring countries and the national peace index of the neighboring countries also have a significant impact. Our conclusion will promote the development of China's export trade and it is also meaningful for regional trade development in other countries.
