After China's "One Belt One Road" initiative was put forward,it has received extensive attention from the international community. At present, the economic and policy coordination among the many countries participating in the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" has been continuously strengthened. Therefore,it has a multidimensional impact on the time and space patterns of participating member states. The time and space pattern is an important research method reflecting the development and evolution of a region. Therefore, this article has a great deal of research on the changes in the time and space patterns of participating countries under the "Belt and Road" initiative.significanceFrom an economic point of view,Vietnam is the country with the largest foreign trade volume among the member countries of China's “One Belt One Road”.From a geographical point of view,Vietnam is a country connected by land and sea with China's “One Belt,One Road” initiative. At the same time,Vietnam is also an earlier country that participated in the “Belt and Road” initiative. Therefore, this article takes Vietnam under the “Belt and Road” initiative as an example to study its temporal and spatial patterns. The results of the research are typical in the time dimension and feasible in terms of data results. The specific work is as follows:(1)Carry out spatial autocorrelation analysis on the number of Chinese FDI(foreign direct investment)investment in Vietnam and the temporal and spatial pattern of Vietnam's population under the “Belt and Road” initiative.Analyze the spatial distribution of its FDI and population, find its distribution rules, and combine the "Belt and Road" initiative to analyze whether there is consistency and correlation between the distribution of Chinese FDI in Vietnam and the distribution of Vietnam's population.(2)Establish a CA-Markov prediction model to analyze the temporal and spatial patterns of land use in Vietnam, and combine with China's “One Belt and One Road” initiative to study its land distribution changes and model prediction results, and finally combine FDI and population density on Vietnam's land Use time and space patterns for response analysis.(3)Combining the data and analysis results in the above chapters,a prototype data visualization system oriented to the time-space pattern of the “Belt and Road” was designed and implemented, including system management, visualization of the spatial path of the “Belt and Road”,and visualization of the time-space evolution of the “Belt and Road” foreign trade,Vietnam-oriented thematic data visualization and other four major modules, the system uses the front-end and back-end separated MVVM development framework to build a geospatial database and a thematic database, and then based on Web GIS technology, combined with e Charts and other frameworks for development and research.
