Investigation And Study On The Development Of Chanhe Hui District And Hui Nationality In Luoyang City

Since ancient times,China has been a multi-ethnic country with multiethnic co-habitation and multi-cultural co-existence.In a multi-ethnic country,national development and prosperity,the country can flourish.At present,there is a huge gap between ethnic groups and regions,which is the fundamental reason that hinders the healthy development of national relations in our country.Only with the rapid development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions can the socialist ethnic relations of equality,unity,mutual assistance and harmony be further consolidated and developed,and the country be prosperous and strong.Therefore,the research on the development and prosperity of ethnic areas and ethnic minorities in China is not only of great theoretical significance,but also of great practical significance.In this paper,In Luoyang City,Henan Province,a comprehensive investigation has been carried out as an object of investigation,and the results of this study have been formed by using the methodology of historical materialism and combining with the implementation of the policies of the Party and the nation.ChanHe Hui nationality area in Luoyang City is one of the five minority cities in China,and it is also the first batch of famous historical and cultural cities announced in China.Since the founding of the people’s Republic of China,especially in the 40-odd years since the reform and opening-up,under the illumination of the Party’s and the national policies of the Hui nationality,the social economy,politics,and culture have been developed in an all-round way.In particular,the social outlook of the local Hui people has undergone fundamental changes.However,due to the regional environment and historical conditions as well as the Hui nationality itself and other reasons,there is still a large gap in economic,cultural and social development between the area and the Hui nationality in this area.After investigation and research,the prominent problems mainly include: area and return The development of ethnic economy lags behind;the number of ethnic cadres is not reasonable;the quality level of ethnic education is relatively low.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,the text consists of four parts.The first part focuses on the Marxist national theory,the party and the national policy,the basic theory of national development;the second part,summarizes the Luoyang city and the status quo of the development of the Hui nationality;The third part,on the basis of investigation and research,summarizes the problems existing in the development of Hui nationality and its reasons in the area of Hui,and in the fourth part,puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems in the development of Hui nationality in ChanHe Hui district of Luoyang City.
