With the construction of social stability maintenance work,especially the need for fine management of large cities,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of high-tech equipment for public security departments.At present,the types of high-precision police equipment are diverse,the number is huge,and the value is high.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the safe storage and orderly use of materials.At present,the level of management of high-precision equipment is not high,and the supervision is not strict,and it is impossible to timely check the status of the equipment.In order to improve the management level of the most advanced police technology,intelligent security equipment and other equipment,this paper proposes to build a high-precision equipment management platform for police use,using information technology to achieve high-precision equipment procurement and storage.The whole process dynamic visualization management of library usage,allocation and scrapping promotes the effective improvement of equipment management level,and provides an information support platform for realizing the sharing of equipment resources across regions,which is conducive to improving the level of public safety construction.This paper first analyzed the main background of the construction of police high-precision equipment management platform,proposed the necessity and significance of the construction,clarified the main content of the research,and discussed the research status of the subject.Then it summarized the key technologies used in the system construction process,and expounded their characteristics and working principles.Then the article analyzed the overall system requirements and main configuration content,used the functional use case diagram to describe the system business functions and user roles,analyzed the system business processes,and pointed out the system non-functional requirements.The article had designed the various architectures of the system,designed the overall architecture,application architecture and technical architecture,and pointed out the position,function and technology of the system in the public security system.Then introduced the system function structure and network deployment situation,and designed the database from two aspects: E-R conceptual model and database table structure physical model.The article focused on the detailed design and implementation of equipment account management,equipment inspection income library,equipment use out of the warehouse,equipment warning,equipment scrap,equipment transfer,real-time inventory in the library equipment,statistical analysis and other functional modules,through the program flow chart,timing diagram and program code described the system design and implementation process.Finally,the paper introduced the test process of data integrity,function and performance of the system,and confirmed that the system can be applied normally.The research of this subject has brought important help to the police system.Through the construction of this information platform,the management process of police equipment was displayed in an all-round way,and the dynamic visualization management of the whole process of high-precision equipment for police is realized.The public security system's strong police strategy and the implementation of the public security big data strategy provided information support,which is of great significance to equipment construction and modernization of public security work,and also promoted the improvement of national security and social stability.
