Research And Analysis Of Police Equipment Management System

This thesis introduces the research background,the project significance and the current research of police equipment management system.With the completion of nationwide public security network,various information systems which is related to the basic public security service are active.Resource sharing is gradually being realized and the efficiency of police officer has been significantly improved.However,the management of police equipment always can't meet the needs of daily work.Because the management methods which aren't complete and systematic are different from units at all level.So the management of police equipment is inefficiency.The police equipment can probably measure the ability and level of police system in an area or a nation.With the development of science and technology,the number and variety of police equipment is greatly increased and the science and technology level with police equipment becomes higher and higher.As a result,The management of police equipment problem is highlighted.The management methods of police equipment which need to become scientific,informational and modern should be improved from concept,hardware and software.This paper takes the police equipment management system of Xishan Public Security Bureau as an example to study the existing problem of the system.Not only the original processes are analyzed in this thesis but also the optimized processes are given.The processes are from equipment procurement,equipment input,application for borrowing equipment,equipment return,equipment loss,equipment distribution,equipment out of warehouse to equipment inventory.In the third chapter of function analysis,the system function is determined by the use case analysis.The connection between the various parts of the system is described by the system function package diagram and sub-function package diagrams.In the fourth chapter of data analysis,the database is studied and analyzed in detail through abbreviated class diagram and entity class relationship analysis.In the last chapter,the research and analysis are summarized and the future work to do is also prospected.
