At present,there is a big gap between the ideal and reality of the community construction.One of the important reasons is that the community social organization is underdeveloped,which leads to the government purchasing services without objects,the community carrying out activities without carriers,residents participating in governance without platforms,etc.problem.It can be seen that the cultivation and development of community social organizations has become the key in the construction of a harmonious community.However,under the background of a series of progressive decentralization reforms,the performance of community social organizations has not been significantly improved.In reality,community social organizations are more deeply connected to the community and closer to the masses than the general social organizations,and face a more complex social environment.Therefore,in addition to institutional factors,non-institutional factors such as capital,culture,and consciousness will also greatly affect the performance of community social organizations.Existing research generally believes that the more developed social networks,the better the development of community social organizations.However,these studies on social networks of community social organizations are too holistic,and less attention is paid to the impact of different types of social networks at the micro level on organizational performance.Moreover,as social actors,community social organizations have certain autonomy,which is manifested in the dynamic ability to cope with environmental changes.Based on this,this study takes the three types of social networks of community social organizations as the research object,and introduces the dynamic ability as mediation to investigate how community social organizations in social network relationships can use the dynamic ability to achieve effective improvement of performance.The case studies and empirical studies have shown that social networks have a positive effect on community social organization performance,and the dynamic ability plays a mediating role.However,in the specific mechanism of action,there are certain differences in different types of social networks.The specific performance is as follows: the government networks can directly impact performance,and can also indirectly affect performance through the acquisition capability rather than the execution capability;the business networks cannot directly affect performance,but they can influence service performance indirectly through acquisition and execution capabilities;community networks can directly affect performance,and can indirectly affect performance through acquisition and execution capabilities.Therefore,the impact mechanism of dynamic capabilities on social network and performance provides an important reference for improving the performance of community social organization performance.In terms of improving the organization of social networks,the government must respect the status of community social organizations and build a service platform for them;enterprises should strengthen exchange of experience and resources,improve community social organization management to further stimulate organizational vitality;communities should change their working ideas and help community social organizations to build credibility.In terms of improving organizational dynamic capabilities,community social organizations must strive to cooperate extensively with appropriate targets,but at the same time,they must also strengthen their own capabilities through project responsibility and service quantification,and maintain an independent and independent status.
