The Research To The Influential Factors Of Community Social Organization Performance

Community social organizations as the nonprofit organization on the level of modern community, units, community based on community as the main sources of strength, who have a very important role on improving the quality of community service, community management of community stability and harmonious development of society and community residents of production and living, and so on.Community social organizations,performance can directly reflect its ability to interact and level, while the opinions of evaluation method of community social organizations,performance are different and the influencing factors of community social organization performance level distribute in the case of its emergence,development and operation of its complexity.Therefore, this study used task performance and the surrounding performance for its performance evaluation model, starting from the basic situation of community social organizations, divided the performance of community social organizations,influencing factors into organizational characteristics, governance structure and resource dependence, built and discussed the three factors to the influence degree of the community social organization performance,can draw the most significant impact on the community social organization performance results.This study treating guiyang community social organizations as the research objects, mainly taking the research methods of questionnaire,constructing the performance evaluation of the community social organizations specific measuring dimension with the measurement indicators of task performance and peripheral performance, which get the research object of performance level.At the same time,This study also applied the descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis to characteristics of organization and governance structure, resource dependency respectively affect community social organizations taskperformance and the performance of the surrounding conditions and degree on.The results shows:organization characteristics, governance structure and the resource dependence can affect the task performance and the surrounding performance, its influence degree from big to small in turn is the governance structure, resource dependence, the organization characteristics.
